With fifteen years as a Civil Engineer on major Australian infrastructure projects, and deep expertise in identity evolution, leadership psychology, and aligned strategy — Lauren brings a rare duality to this work. The rigour of someone who has operated at the highest levels of technical complexity, and the depth of someone who understands that sustainable leadership begins within.
