A little about me.

I'm Lauren — a mentor and advisor to founders, executives, and leaders at the intersection of high performance and inner truth.

For fifteen years I built a career in civil engineering, leading multi-billion-dollar infrastructure projects and rising into senior leadership. It was rigorous, demanding, and by every external measure — successful.

And still, beneath the titles and the milestones, there was a knowing that persisted.

Not dissatisfaction. Something more precise than that. A recognition that the version of leadership I had mastered was only one layer of what was available — and that the next layer was an interior one.

I left a multi-six-figure career to follow that. Not because the work wasn't real, but because I could feel something more true waiting.

That decision shaped everything about how I work now — with the same structural precision I brought to engineering, and a depth of understanding about what it actually takes to lead from the inside out.

I hold certifications as a Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis, and Timeline Therapy, alongside an ICF accredited coaching certification and ongoing study in Human Design. But more than methodology, what I bring is fifteen years of having lived the gap between external success and interior truth — and knowing exactly what it takes to close it.
