A little about me.

I’m Lauren - a mentor, coach, and guide for visionary leaders and change-makers ready to move beyond external measures of success and step into a life of alignment, clarity, and embodied impact.

For 15 years, I built a thriving career in Civil Engineering, leading multi-billion-dollar projects and rising quickly into senior leadership. On paper, I had everything I once thought would bring fulfilment - yet beneath the titles and milestones, there was a quiet knowing: there had to be more.

It was a quiet knowing I could no longer ignore - a call into greater depth, alignment, and purpose. That moment of clarity became my turning point. I chose to leave a thriving multi–six–figure career to follow that call.

Now, as a certified Master Practitioner in NLP, Hypnosis, Timeline Therapy, and a certified Life Coach (and currently deepening my studies to become a certified Human Design Reader), I guide leaders and visionaries to unlock the clarity and resonance that transforms not only what they do… but who they become.

In my world, you don’t have to choose between ambition and fulfilment. You don’t have to sacrifice depth to create impact. You get to build a life that feels as extraordinary within as it looks on the outside.
